Candidate Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship, presentation, and placement services provided by UHNWI Chef (“the Agency”) to the hospitality professional (“the Candidate”).

  1. 01

    Introduction Services

The Agency operates as an introductory placement agency for luxury culinary professionals within Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) households, estates, corporate environments, private yachts, chalets, and villas. These placement and representation services are completely free of charge to the Candidate.

  2. 02

    Absolute Confidentiality & NDA

Due to the private nature of the Agency’s clientele, the Candidate agrees to hold all disclosed information in the absolute strictest confidence. The Candidate explicitly agrees to:

    • Never disclose client identities, family details, locations, property features, boat names, or itineraries to any third parties or public media.
    • Refrain from taking photographs, videos, or digital recordings inside or around any client properties or vessels without express prior written permission from the client and the Agency.
    • Strictly honor all individual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) mandated directly by clients during interviews, trials, or engagements.
  3. 03

    Social Media & Public Disclosures

The Candidate shall not publish, post, comment, tag, or share any information on social media (including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or personal culinary blogs) that references or indirectly identifies any client, employer, household asset, yacht, private aircraft, or location connected via the Agency.

  4. 04

    Non-Circumvention

The Candidate agrees that all client opportunities, interview setups, or work trials are exclusive introductions brokered by the Agency. The Candidate shall not attempt to contact, apply, or negotiate employment or freelance terms directly with an introduced client, or through a client’s family office, yacht captain, yacht management agency, or representative, without the express mediation and knowledge of the Agency.

  5. 05

    Accuracy of Documentation

The Candidate guarantees that all professional materials submitted to the Agency—including CVs, culinary portfolios, reference contact numbers, background checks, certifications, and hygiene credentials—are completely accurate, authentic, and reflective of true experience.

  6. 06

    Professional Conduct & Trials

When participating in cooking trials or formal client assessments arranged by the Agency, the Candidate agrees to represent themselves and the Agency with the highest standards of discretion, punctuality, culinary hygiene, and professionalism.

  7. 07

    Data Protection & GDPR

The Agency treats Candidate data with utmost protection. By accepting this agreement, the Candidate gives permission to the Agency to safely store their professional profile, portfolio, references, and CV. These are shared with prospective luxury clients or authorized family offices for professional selection purposes only with the Candidate’s agreement for the specific role concerned.

  8. 08

    Governing Law

This agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts regarding any disputes.
