No, and we say so plainly. We represent candidates selectively, matching profiles to genuine searches rather than maintaining a public jobs board. If your profile fits our work, we will be in touch; when a specific search matches, we will contact you before anything is shared.

Fees depend on the nature of the search and are agreed transparently before work begins. There is no charge to candidates at any stage.
