Capable chefs are passed over for reasons that have nothing to do with their cooking: a CV written for restaurants rather than households, menus sent as photographs, no straightforward way to show how a plate actually looks. Before we introduce you to a client, we put that right with you.

Private households read a career differently from restaurant groups. We rework your experience around what a principal actually weighs: discretion, adaptability, how you handle travel, dietary work and the rhythm of a home.

Your seasonal, tasting and dietary menus laid out as a document you would be content to hand to a principal, rather than typed into the body of an email.
Your photography, in order
Most chefs already have the images. We help you choose and sequence them so they show range and precision, instead of reading as a camera roll.
There is no charge for any of this, and no version of it you can pay to move faster. It is covered by the client’s fee, for the plain reason that a chef who presents well is placed sooner. Representation is decided on your experience and your references, never on what you have bought.

Submitting an application does not guarantee representation, and we say so plainly. What it does guarantee: your information is handled securely, never published, and considered against every genuine search we run. Before applying, it helps to have the following in place.
